Theo Blauciak

As the Principal Lawyer at Irwell Law, Theo leads the practice, bringing his experience from a commercial background in private practice, in-house roles and senior leadership positions.

Theo receives regular instructions on sensitive and complex commercial matters and litigation. Theo is also regularly instructed to act on a range of Health and Safety, fire safety and hygiene matters, including prosecutions brought by the HSE, Local Authority and the CQC. Additionally, Theo often supports clients through the full breadth of coronial and public inquest work.

Theo also maintains an active practice in employment, and the more niche and specialist areas of gambling and regulatory law.
