Alex Vernon

Alex is regularly instructed on behalf of clients whose focus is on dispute resolution, be it claimant or defendant. This includes pre-action correspondence, mediation, and the full scope of litigation. Alex has extended his practice into construction disputes which are resolved with a pragmatic and commercially focussed approach.

In addition, Alex has developed knowledge across a broad range of non-contentious matters, from contract drafting, leases, data subject access requests to written submissions on behalf of clients, to the Department of Business and Trade.

In more recent times, Alex has been involved in coronial matters, with support offered to Interested Persons, through what are often emotive circumstances. Alex assists clients in separating both facts and emotions, cutting through the noise to bring clarity to coroner inquiries.
